Parking for customers with special needs

Parking bays for those with mobility challenges are at the following entrances:

G2 Entrance on the Ground Floor (near Standard Bank)

G3 Entrance on the Ground Floor (near Absa)

U2 Entrance on the upper level (near Nedbank)

These allocated bays are marked with the “wheelchair” icon.
Please note: You will require a “disabled disk”, which is available from the municipality. For more info, contact Hillstar (Cape Town) Traffic Department in Ottery.


Unisex (gents’ and ladies’) toilets clearly marked with the wheelchair icon are situated  Entrance G3 and on the First Floor near the Food Court).

Salaah rooms

Situated on the Second Floor, near the Centre Management offices. Open during Kenilworth Centre trading hours. Two rooms (One for men and One for women) can accommodate 15 people. Wudhu facilities: 1 tap and 1 basin in each room. Paper towels used. No Jumu’ah.
