The Information Desk is located on the Ground Floor next to the Centre Court. The Guest Relations Officers are happy to assist with directions to specific stores or facilities and will also be able to assist with general queries about the Centre.
To ensure easy accessibility for the physically disabled, designated parking bays are conveniently provided at each of the entrances.
Visit the Information Desk located on the Ground Floor next to the Centre Court where the Guest Relations Officers will be happy to provide a wheelchair for ease of access throughout the Centre. Limited wheelchairs are available for hire on presentation of your I.D. or driver’s license, on a first come first serve basis. Temporary parking discs for disabled shoppers and wheelchairs are also available at the Information Desk.
Wheelchair access is possible at all entrances and disabled toilet facilities are available throughout the centre. The majority of restaurants and eateries are wheelchair friendly.
All Security Supervisors and Guest Relations Officers are trained in first aid. An ambulance team is called in the case of serious medical emergencies.
In the case of an emergency or requiring first aid assistance, you can alert any of our Security Guards or Guest Relations Officers.
The Guest Relations Officers will be able to assist you with Lost & Found queries.

Kenilworth Centre offers more than 2000 parking bays, with over 500 being undercover. Disabled parking bays along with Moms & Tots parking facilities are conveniently located at all main entrances.
There is a 15 minute drop-off/drive-through zone located at Entrance G3.
Pay stations are available at all exits for your convenience.

The security of shoppers and stores are of the utmost importance and there are extensive security measures in place including 24-hour CCTV and frequent patrols, all supported by a tactical response team.
